Explore Hourfolk Hourfolk is designed to work without accounts, analytics, advertising, or a backend service. The extension does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information.
Information stored on your device
Hourfolk stores saved cities, display preferences, planner state, reminder titles and schedules, and unfinished reminder drafts in Chrome’s local extension storage. This information remains on your device and is used only to provide the features you request.
Chrome permissions
Hourfolk uses Chrome’s storage permission to preserve local state, alarms to schedule reminders, notifications to display them, and sidePanel to provide the optional side-panel interface. It requests no access to websites, browsing history, tabs, or page content.
Data sharing and remote services
Hourfolk does not send extension data to the developer or third parties. It contains no analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, remote executable code, or external data services.
Retention and deletion
You can delete saved cities and reminders inside Hourfolk. Uninstalling the extension removes its locally stored extension data according to Chrome’s normal uninstall behavior.
Children’s privacy
Hourfolk does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If Hourfolk’s data practices change, this policy and the extension’s store disclosures will be updated before the changed behavior is released. The effective date above will also be revised.
